“When training with Ranier I have learned a lot from him. He has taught me how to train my body but also recover it. He has taught me to not destroy my body but to train it. Most trainers try to say it’s mental but reality when your body says no then your body is saying no. That’s what Ranier understands and when it comes to your body Ranier will ask you how you feel so he can know what to train your body on for the day.
